Ha! Can’t thank Ray enough for his professionalism and negotiation skills on my behalf whilst selling my flat last week. He was always at the end of the phone/ email for quick and easy communication throughout the whole process and managed to keep his sense of humour when things got challenging. And they did that more than once along the way! A big shout out for Dean too, on the Lettings side; he managed all aspects of the rentals whilst I was out of the country for the past seven years and did a great job. Ray and Dean worked well as a team. I felt I could trust they were doing their best on my behalf. Thank you both.
