I selected Russell Collins because I met someone in Boston Manor Park who had just brought through the Agency and said out of all of the Ealing Agencies it had dealt with - it was simply the best! They were not wrong. Selling my home after over 30 years in Ealing I wanted honesty, fair fees and someone who would go the extra mile to help me sell and Russell Collins delivered that in spades. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and really hard working on my behalf I could always bank on Ray the Director to give a quick response to emails or calls. Selling a house is a stressful time particularly in this current market and I can only say that the contribution Russell Collins made to making my sale as stress free as possible was immense.
