Tenant's reference fee £75 per person, guarantors where applicable £90 per person.
Check in fee, accompanied by a member of Association of Independent Inventory Clerks, fee dependent on number of bedrooms (please enquire).
Change of tenancy £225 including VAT and includes one tenant reference.
Security deposit usually 1½ month’s rent (may vary where pets are involved)
1 month’s rent in advance.
Tenants deposit insurance – no charge to tenants.
Tenancy check out – no charge to tenants.
