Where a change of occupants occurs and replacement tenant(s) wish to move in prior to the expiration of the original term it will be necessary to prepare a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to include the new tenant(s) who will be required to complete reference forms. Russell Collins charge a standard fee of £50.00 including V.A.T which includes preparation of the new agreement, insurance of the tenant’s deposit and one tenant’s reference. Russell Collins reserves the right to charge a higher fee if higher costs are incurred during the process.
