We have dealt with Russell Collins 3 times over the past 5 or so years and I cannot recommend them enough. We rented a flat from them, bought our first flat through them and have now sold our flat through them too. The service is incredible - any query we had was dealt with quickly (any issues with the rented flat were also dealt with very quickly) and without sounding like a cliche they are not the "typical" estate agents. They care a lot that you are satisfied and understand very quickly what you want and how to help get you there but are also honest in terms of expectations. Selling or buying is stressful but I have constantly felt reassured by Ray and always felt we were in safe hands - the whole team have been amazing! The service to date has been truly faultless and if we come to sell our next place, we would do it through them! Equally if we ever needed to rent anywhere or rent our place we would only do it through them.
