My partner and I have recently purchased our first house, and Russell Collins made it a really lovely experience. We were a bit wary after having encountered some rude estate agents previously in other companies, but Mandy and Ray were just lovely to deal with. They have been very professional, patient and thoughtful throughout the purchase, and even though they work for the vendors, they showed a level of care towards us buyers that I was not expecting. Mandy Kahlon was very helpful and supportive even in the most stressful moments, and made this house-buying process much more enjoyable than we thought it was going to be. LU
